22nd Conference of the Portuguese Association of Information Systems

From the 3rd to the 5th of November 2022, the University of Santiago, in Cape Verde, in partnership with the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and the University of Évora, in a joint organization, will host the Conference of the Portuguese Association of Information Systems, in its 22nd edition.

For the first time, this edition of CAPSI will be held outside Portuguese territory, in Cape Verde.

This leap of frontiers reveals the growing importance and relevance of the event, as well as expanding its sphere and scope of themes, also looking at the Portuguese-speaking world and the African continent as a locus of scientific interest and areas of action.

In order to guarantee the participation of all interested parties, the Conference will take place in a mixed regime, in person, at the University of Santiago, and online.

We count on your participation, either through the presentation of your research work, or through your participation in the various initiatives that we are preparing within the scope of the Conference.
This year the main theme of the Conference is 'Information Systems: Innovation and Development in the Lusophone Space'.

All articles that are submitted and accepted, and whose authors have registered, regardless of the modality, will be published in CAPSI2022 and will have SCOPUS indexing.

Participation is open to the academic and business communities through the submission of works, which must respect the format defined for the Conference. The works must be submitted electronically, in DOC format, following the specific model available, until July 09, 2022.

Each article will be reviewed by at least two reviewers in a double-blind review. Proposals to the Doctoral Consortium will be evaluated by this committee. The Posters will be evaluated by members of the Program Committee and, later, commented on in specific sessions during the
Conference.
