The submission of articles is open to the academic, scientific and professional communities, with relevant research and development work in the field of technologies and information systems. Papers will be selected based on their originality, clarity and contribution to the academic, scientific and professional communities.

The documents to be submitted must be written in Portuguese or English, and articles in Portuguese must contain an abstract in English. The following types of work will be accepted at the conference:
- Full paper articles: A full paper corresponds to a complete or finished research work, including a discussion of the research results, containing between 4000 and 6000 words.
- Articles of work in progress (research-in-progress paper): An article of work in progress presents preliminary results of an ongoing research work, and should contain between 2000 and 4000 words.
- Poster: A poster presents initial research, ideas and models under discussion, and should only contain an abstract of 500 to 1000 words.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, with ISSN, and made available on the APSI website. All submissions will be evaluated on a double-blind review basis, reviewed by at least two researchers, and only original works will be accepted. Thus, documents submitted to the conference cannot contain the identification of the authors.
