CAPSI 2022 Policy Implementation
- Anyone who has direct influence over the selection of articles/posters selected for CAPSI 2022 cannot submit works. The President of APSI and the Coordinators of the Program Committee are in these conditions.
- Authors of accepted papers must be available to send the articles properly formatted according to the Conference template, for placement in the APSI Repository.
- The template is available in .DOC format, on the CAPSI website, and contains the procedures and formatting to be followed.
- APSI does not retain the copyright in the Repository. Thus, authors may eventually send the articles for publication in other journals, publications, etc.
- For quality assurance and good practices, in terms of SCOPUS indexing, CAPSI assumes a rejection rate of submitted articles of at least 40%.
- Of the articles submitted by each author or co-author, only a maximum of two articles per author or co-author can be accepted to CAPSI 2022.
- From the articles and posters submitted by each author or co-author, a maximum of two articles and one poster per author or co-author or one article and two posters or three posters can be accepted to CAPSI 2022.
- Accepted posters will be included in the Conference Proceedings.
- Each accepted article or poster will correspond to an author/co-author inscription in the proportion of one author/co-author for each article/poster.
